Responsible Gaming Commitment
999bd believes online gaming should be an enjoyable experience — and we stand by every player to keep that experience safe and healthy.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online casino and betting is an exciting form of entertainment — but it stays enjoyable only when it remains under control. 999bd believes every player has the right to play in a safe, transparent, and fair environment. That is why we have built tools and guidelines into our platform to help you stay informed and in good health.
Gambling is entertainment — not a livelihood or a way to solve financial problems. If it ever starts to feel like a source of stress rather than fun, that is a warning sign. On the 999bd responsible gaming page you will find ways to recognize problems, preventive tools, and support information.
Signs of Problem Gambling
If the following things are happening regularly in your life, it may be time to seek help:
Warning Signs
- Repeatedly playing to try to win back lost money ("chasing losses")
- Hiding your gambling activity from family or friends
- Spending savings or money needed for essentials on gambling
- Feeling unable to stop playing
- Gambling causing problems at work, in your studies, or in your relationships
- Turning to gambling to cope with anxiety or loneliness
If one or more of the above applies to you, please contact our support team — help is available via live chat or email.
Protection Tools and Features
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. This keeps your budget in check and prevents overspending. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one is subject to a waiting period.
Time-Out Break
Use the time-out feature when you want to take a temporary break. You can choose your own break period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time, deposits and betting will not be possible on your account.
Self-Exclusion
Apply for self-exclusion to stop playing for an extended period. Once active, your account cannot be reactivated before the set period ends. This is an effective step for anyone who wants to bring their gambling habits back under control.
Gaming History Review
You can view a full detailed history of all your bets, wins, losses, and transactions in your account. Analyze your own patterns and make informed decisions. Data transparency is our priority.
24/7 Support
The 999bd support team is always here for any issue. Get help in Bengali via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. All responsible gaming requests are handled on a priority basis.
Account Verification and Security
999bd uses SSL encryption and a secure payment gateway to keep your information and funds safe. Age verification is strictly followed to prevent access by minors.
Simple Rules for Safe Play
- Set a fixed budget before you play and do not go beyond that limit.
- Treat gambling as entertainment — not as a source of income.
- Do not place more bets trying to recover money you have lost.
- Avoid playing when drinking alcohol or under mental stress.
- Take regular breaks and enjoy other parts of life outside of gaming.
- Never play with borrowed money or money needed for essentials.
- Keep track of how long you play each day or each week.
- Do not hide your gambling from family members.
- If you feel you cannot stop playing, contact support right away.
- Do not share your account with anyone under 18 or 21 years of age.
How to Use the Tools?
How to Set a Deposit Limit?
After logging in to your 999bd account, go to Account Settings and navigate to the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you can set daily, weekly, and monthly limits separately. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a set waiting period for your security.
How to Take a Time-Out?
Go to the "Time-Out" option in Settings and choose the duration you prefer. The account cannot be reactivated before the period ends. All types of time-outs are available, from short breaks to extended ones.
How to Apply for Self-Exclusion?
If you feel you need to stop playing entirely for an extended period, let our support team know via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our team will process your request on a priority basis and keep your account closed for the set period. Promotional emails will also be stopped during this time.
Protection for Minors
If there are children or minors in your household, use parental control software on your device. Keep your account password and login details secure and never share them with minors. 999bd strictly enforces a 21+ age policy.
